Steamed Tofu With Spicy sauce

材料

Ingredients

  1. 嫩豆腐 1 盒 ( 16 安士 )
  2. 芫茜 , 青葱 隨意 ( 放在豆腐面作裝飾用 )
  1. Tofu - 1 box (16 oz.)
  2. Cilantro and green onion (optional)

醬汁

Seasoning Sauces

  1. 海鮮醬 1 湯匙
  2. 辣椒醬 2 至3 茶匙
  3. 豉 油 1 湯匙
  4. 糖 1 湯匙
  5. 蠔油 1 湯匙
  6. 胡椒粉 ½ 茶匙
  7. 麻 油 2 茶匙
  1. 1 Tbsp Hoi-sin sauce
  2. 2-3 tsp hot sauce
  3. 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  4. 1 Tbsp sugar
  5. 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
  6. 1/2 tsp white pepper
  7. 2 tsp sesame oil
製法
Method
  1. 焗爐預熱 375 度F
  2. 醬汁全部放於碗中 , 攪拌均勻待用
  3. 取出嫩豆腐 , 放在可以放入焗爐的焗盆或碟中 , 用刀橫切成 2 大片 , 再用錫紙覆薑密封 , 放入焗爐焗 15 分鐘 , 取出
  4. 全部醬汁倒入熱豆腐表面 , 加上芫茜 , 青葱佳裝飾 , 即可享用
  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 F
  2. Add all 7 items of seasoning sauces to bowl and mix well
  3. Remove tofu from box; lay on oven-proof plate/dish; cut tofu waist-wise; set side-by-side (see video); cover and seal with tin foil; put into oven and heat for 15 minutes; set aside
  4. Pour sauce-mix from 2. onto togu; add cilantro/onion to garnish; ENJOY
